How does drive-thru urgent care work?
Pull into our drive-thru lane, check in at your window, and a licensed provider examines you right from your car. If you need a prescription, we send it straight to your pharmacy.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Urgent care is first come, first served.
What can you treat in the drive-thru?
Most everyday illnesses: colds, flu, strep, sinus and ear infections, and more. Learn more about common things we treat on our drive-thru services page.
Do you see kids?
Yes, SmartMED treats patients of all ages. Drive-thru care means you don’t have to unbuckle a sick little one from the car seat.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. SmartMED accepts most major insurance plans. Self-pay visits are also available to give families more flexibility. Learn more about in-network insurance on our insurance page.
Will Dunwoody offer primary care or hormone management?
Dunwoody opens with urgent care. Primary care, hormone management, weight loss and wellness, and lab testing are available now at our Roswell clinic, 612 Holcomb Bridge Road.
Is this a replacement for the emergency room?
No. For chest pain, trouble breathing, severe injuries or any other emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
I’m already a Roswell patient. Can I go to either location?
Yes, your records are shared across both SmartMED locations.
