We provide an "urgent care" experience, without the urgent care fees.

When credentialing with insurance companies, we purposefully did so as a "general medicine" practice.  That allows us to provide an urgent care experience, without the urgent care fees. 

Below is the current list of the insurance plans in which we are participating as In-Network. Although we are in network with most commercial plans, some marketplace plans consider us out-of-network.  Please check your specific plan to ensure that we are in-network for you.

If you will be using insurance, we recommend contacting your insurance company before your visit to be sure that the service you’re seeking is covered.  If we are not on your insurance plan, we can still treat you and offer a cost effective self-pay rate OR provide you the necessary paperwork to send into your insurance provider, though we cannot guarantee coverage.

If you’re uninsured or prefer to pay out of pocket, we offer high quality care at a lower cost than other health care settings.  There is a flat rate of $95 to be seen and treated by a medical provider.  If additional services are required (labs, procedures, or medication administration), those services will be billed in addition to the medical visit fee.  Please see the fee schedule at the bottom of this page for our self-pay fees.
