With a majority of the commercial insurance companies, we are considered a "general medicine" practice. We credentialed this way purposefully, so that we could provide an urgent care experience, without the higher urgent care fees.
If you will be using insurance, we recommend contacting your insurance company before your visit to confirm that we are in-network for your specific plan, and how your coverage will apply. If we are not on your insurance plan, we can still treat you and offer a cost effective self-pay rate OR provide you the necessary paperwork to send into your insurance provider, though we cannot guarantee coverage.
If you’re uninsured or prefer to pay out of pocket, we offer high quality care at a lower cost than other health care settings. There is an initial $95 to be seen and treated by a medical provider. If additional services are required (labs, procedures, or medication administration), those services will be billed in addition to the medical visit fee. Please see the fee schedule at the bottom of this page for our self-pay fees.
We would be happy to answer any questions that you may have before your service!
Currently In-Network With the Commercial Plans of:
Aetna, Anthem BCBS (*Categorized as a Specialist visit), Cigna, Humana, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, Medicaid and CareSource.
If you have a smaller plan or a marketplace plan, please confirm coverage before your visit. For those, we may be considered Out-of-Network and recommend our self-pay rates. You can call the Member Services number on the back of your card for an immediate answer.
Includes medical evaluation, diagnosis and treatment plan. *Any other required lab testing, procedures or medication administration will be added to this fee (see below). The medical visit fee is paid at the time of the visit. The additional services will be billed after.
Many test results are available in as little as 15 minutes. All molecular diagnostic testing is conducted using the Cepheid GeneXpert system (PCR) which returns results within 40 minutes. For tests such as Covid, RSV, and Influenza, this provides greater than 99% sensitivity and specificity. It is the same instrumentation currently being used by most hospitals.
On-site administration of medication may be recommended for immediate relief. Medication administered is $20 per medication. On-site medications include medication for asthma, nausea, pain, inflammation, etc. NO CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES ON SITE.
