CBC with Diff.

10

A CBC counts your red cells, white cells, and  platelets. The “Diff” breaks down the white cells into  types to check for anemia, infection, or other blood  issues.

CMP

10

A CMP checks your blood sugar, kidneys, liver,  electrolytes, and proteins. It gives a quick snapshot of  how your organs and metabolism are doing.

Ferritin

10

Ferritin shows how much iron your body is storing.  Low levels can mean iron-deficiency anemia; high  levels can mean you’re storing too much iron.

Hemoglobin A1C

10

A1C measures your average blood sugar over the  last 2–3 months. It’s used to see if someone has or is  managing diabetes well.

Lipid Panel with LDL/HDL Ratio

10

This panel checks total cholesterol, “bad” LDL, “good”  HDL, and triglycerides. The LDL/HDL ratio compares  bad vs. good cholesterol to assess heart risk.

ANA with Reflex Titer

Apolipoprotein A-1

15

Apo A-1 is the main protein in “good” HDL  cholesterol. This test shows how well your body is  carrying away extra cholesterol to keep your arteries  clear.

Apolipoprotein B

15

Apo B is the main protein in “bad” LDL cholesterol.  Higher levels mean more stuff could build up in your  blood vessels, raising heart disease risk.

C-Reactive Protein

15

CRP is made by your liver when you have  inflammation or infection. A high level means your  body is fighting something, like an infection or injury.

Estradiol

15

Estradiol is the main form of estrogen in your body.  This test helps check your hormone levels for things  like periods, ovulation, or menopause.

FSH

15

FSH is a hormone that controls egg and sperm  production. Abnormal levels can point to puberty  issues, menopause, or fertility problems.

Lipase

15

Lipase is an enzyme that helps break down fats and  mostly comes from your pancreas. High levels can  mean inflammation or damage to your pancreas.

Magnesium

15

Magnesium is a mineral your muscles, nerves, and  bones need to work right. Too much or too little can  cause muscle cramps, weakness, or heart issues .

PSA

15

PSA is a protein made by the prostate gland in men.  Higher levels can mean prostate enlargement,  infection, or cancer.

Progesterone

15

Progesterone is a hormone that prepares the body for  pregnancy each month. This test checks if your  cycles are normal or if a pregnancy is healthy.

Rheumatoid Factor

15

Testosterone, TOTAL

Total testosterone measures all the testosterone in  your blood. It’s used to check puberty, hormone  balance, or reproductive health in men and women.

Vitamin B12

15

Vitamin B12 helps make red blood cells and keeps  nerves healthy. Low levels can cause tiredness,  numbness, or memory problems.
