SmartMED Drive-Thru is in network with most commercial insurance plans and is classified as a “primary care” with many insurance companies.  Our goal is to keep medical care affordable.

For those without insurance, our self-pay fees are transparently listed below.

New Patient Appointment:  $145

Additional fees will apply if any procedures are coompleted. Ex. Cervical Exam and PAP, EKG, etc.

Primary Care Follow Up Appointment  $95

If a physical evaluation and labwork are not needed, you are welcome to choose a virtual appointment.  If this is your preference, please note that when scheduling the visit.  You will be sent a link a few moments before your appointment time from a HIPAA compliant text messaging system to join the video call.

Annual Physical with Standard Labwork (CMP, CBC, Lipid Panel, TSH and T4)  $200

For additional labwork fees, please see the pricing under SmartLABS.  You will NOT be required to pay a draw & processing fee if you have the additional labs drawn during your medical visit.

SmartMED’s primary care is in a traditional medical setting.  Please park in front of the building and come inside.  We’re looking forward to seeing you.

For your first visit, please bring your ID and insurance card (if you would like to use insurance).  We also ask that you please complete the forms that are texted to you ahead of your visit to ensure that we stay on schedule.  

It’s easy to schedule an appointment.  You can either call in or click the link on the primary care page to see availability and quickly schedule your own visit.

If a physical evaluation and bloodwork is not needed, follow-ups can be scheduled as a telehelath visit for your convenience.  Please note that these are billed the same as an in person visit.    

We are in network with most commercial plans.  For the most accurate information, you can call the Member Services line on the back of your insurance card to ensure that SmartMED is in network for you.  

Yes, we offer self-pay options for all services.  All self-pay fees for service are transparently listed on each page of the website.  You can also visit the “insurance and self-pay” area for information as well.
